Once again, Torrance Kitchen and Bath exceeded our expectations! This is the second time we’ve used them… once after a kitchen remodel. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail truly transformed our master bathroom into custom luxury hotel-style masterpiece and  at an upfront and competitive price!! Although the project took a bit longer than expected, the final results were absolutely worth the wait, and we are beyond happy and pleased with the work completed. They also show great care in keeping things clean and tidy as much as possible during the construction.  We’re especially thrilled with our beautiful lighted niche and cabinets which were new features that we wanted. A special thank you to Judy for her excellent customer service, communication, and professionalism throughout the process. David, the lead foreman, is incredibly talented and meticulous in his craft, and it definitely shows in the beautiful finished product. And to David, the owner… thank you for being such a great leader and for running a company that truly cares about quality and customer satisfaction. Torrance Kitchen, Baths and Flooring helped me remodel and update my kitchen and mud room.  They were also so nice to restore the paint in my living room on their courtesy.  My entire living area of the house that they touched is amazing.  Their attention to details impressed me.  We are so blessed and feel we are living in a new house! David, Judy and the construction crew teams were wonderful!  They quoted 4-6 weeks and they were able to achieve that objective.  I love our new quartz top island, double sinks and wood cabinetry.  Their method to provide us with free CAD designs to let us choose prior to agreement was very beneficial for us to achieve our vision.  Their team worked hard, showed up every day (except Sundays), and would try to oblige any requests I had. I highly recommend Torrance Kitchens.  They are transparent and the ultimate reward is a beautiful new looking living area!  They even honored their price that they quoted me from the two years prior proposal!  Couldn't believe it even with the new economic conditions in 2025.  Every bit was worth it for us! Thanks David and to your team!  Small items like my communication with them could have been better in the beginning to avoid some change orders but I'm glad I did those change orders. “We had a great experience. Great quality and workmanship, reliable and a terrific team!” We had a terrific experience starting with working with Judy and Gabriel in the design phase. We developed a fantastic plan together in 3D. From this they gave us a realistic quote that was very fair along with a projected start date and time line which was finished on time as originally projected! The owner David Jung is such a gentleman and wonderful to work with as was their entire team. From the first day with daily visits from the owner, David J and his Project Manager Byron through completion we had a great crew of David “lead crew member”, Walter and Brian showing up daily on time. The crew was great about communicating with us if they would be slightly delayed when they had to get materials. During the remodel, their entire team was helpful making the remodel of our primary bath and attached walk-in closet even better with additional ideas like our floating bench seat, expanding our original recessed lights to improve functionality and design appearance, along with other details. They kept my wife and I involved throughout to insure we were in agreement to make the model meet our expectations! They were extremely fair with costs related to changes that we mutually agreed upon! The entire process went so well and I would work with them again in a heartbeat! What a great experience! I am absolutely obsessed with our new kitchen. Working with Sunny was a joy. She knew how to achieve exactly what we wanted with the design function and form. We went from a cramped '90s kitchen to a modern, airy chef's kitchen for a very fair price. I'm stunned at how a few simple layout changes resulted in a space that feels double the size. David and team work fast and are detail oriented. We felt totally at ease with the workers in the house. The whole operation is professional, friendly and they aim to please. David and co. were absolutely excellent in terms of workmanship, professionalism, and speed.  They finished remodeling my entire kitchen in ~2.5 weeks, after quoting three.  Throughout the work they managed to keep the rest of my condo clean and livable.  Their workers were courteous and professional and I couldn’t recommend their services higher. We had the best experience having our 2.5 bathrooms remodeled  by Torrance Kitchens, Bath and Flooring. 1. David came on time and took detail measurements for the estimation. The estimates and designs were provided on time and clearly itemized (thank you Peggy!) The feedback provided were incorporated immediately and Peggy and team were extremely easy to work with. 2. We appreciated the variety and convenience of being able to select most of the materials at the store. This saved us a lot of time from having to shop around for tiles, cabinets, etc. 3. Angel and team came everyday on time Monday - Saturday from 8am - 4pm. They were extremely professional and communicative, making sure the details were executed with our opinions. Throughout the whole process, Peggy would inform us ahead of time on major work like hot mop, tile delivery, etc. When it came to tiling, Oscar and team did a fantastic job arranging the tiles in a way that was aesthetically pleasing. 4. In the end, the project completed AHEAD of schedule and the bathrooms came out even more beautiful than we had envisioned. I've always heard horror stories with remodeling projects where contractors show up whenever (not on time, not everyday), the work is sloppy, and remodeling ends up taking much longer than estimated. This review is for Torrance Kitchens, Baths, and Flooring. We recently had the great pleasure of working with David, Peggy, Byron and their team to remodel our two bathrooms. Peggy (front office) helped us with our design choices and was very responsive via telephone and email. David (owner) really took the time to discuss the needs of our projects and worked with us to find a budget and payment plan we were comfortable with. We felt we could trust David and made the choice to work their company. The workers that came to our home, including Brian and David, were courteous, professional, and cleaned up (and vacuumed!) after every day. Byron (project supervisor) came to check on our project almost everyday and answered any concerns we had. David (owner) also came to check on the project to make sure it was progressing. Oscar and Vivi, came and did amazing tile work. The tiles were clean, lines straight, and gout neat as possible. Both bathrooms turned out absolutely amazing! They are compete upgrades from what we previously had. We waited a while to remodel our bathrooms after purchasing our home a few years back, and we are so glad to have found Torrance Kitchens, Baths, and Flooring. The whole team was so great to work with and we look forward to working on additional projects with them! Thank you David, Peggy, Byron and the whole team for working with us!
